- 2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced
- 2 fuji apples peeled cored and chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make instant pot brussels sprouts with bacon and apple

Step 1Combine the brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries, and 4 slices of bacon in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, syrup, oil and salt and pepper.

Step 2Pour over the brussels sprouts. Transfer to a instant pot. Lock lid and adjust pressure to high and set time for 3 minutes.

Step 3When done quick release. Serve sprinkled with remaining bacon and pecans.
