Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced
  • 2 fuji apples peeled cored and chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make instant pot brussels sprouts with bacon and apple

  • Step 1
    Combine the brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries, and 4 slices of bacon in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, syrup, oil and salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Pour over the brussels sprouts. Transfer to a instant pot. Lock lid and adjust pressure to high and set time for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    When done quick release. Serve sprinkled with remaining bacon and pecans.
