Ingredients
- 1 packet ready-rolled frozen puff pastry thawed.
- for the stuffing:
- 2 medium boiled cooked potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbs fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- oil for frying

Step 1Mix the stuffing ingridents. Roll the pastry and cut into squares. add 1 tbs of mixture. fold the pastry into a triangles and press the edges firmly with a fork.heat oil 2 cm deep in a frying pan. cook the samosa two in a time for 2 minutes on each side till golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towel.
