Ingredients

  • - 1 packet ready-rolled frozen puff pastry thawed.
  • - for the stuffing:
  • - 2 medium boiled cooked potatoes peeled and chopped
  • - 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • - 2 tbs fresh coriander leaves
  • - 2 tsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tbs soy sauce
  • - 1 tsp ground cumin
  • - 1 tsp chilli powder
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - oil for frying

How To Make indian samosa 's

  • Step 1
    Mix the stuffing ingridents. Roll the pastry and cut into squares. add 1 tbs of mixture. fold the pastry into a triangles and press the edges firmly with a fork.heat oil 2 cm deep in a frying pan. cook the samosa two in a time for 2 minutes on each side till golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towel.
