Step 1Place cabbage and tomatoes in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, cover for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and simmer 5 minutes. Combine butter and flour and microwave until butter is melted, and mix into a paste. Continue cooking and stir as you mix it in until it thickens
