Ingredients
- 1 quart cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make hot slaw

Step 1Melt butter in a saucepan and add shredded cabbage. Stir until butter is well mixed through the cabbage. Add water and salt and cover tightly. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the sugar and vinegar and mustard. Simmer another minute and then add the sour cream. Serves 4.
