Ingredients
- 6 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
How To Make horseradish carrots

Step 1Cook carrots until tender.

Step 2Mix other ingredients (except for bread crumbs).

Step 3Place carrots in baking dish, pour mixture over and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
