I servethis with my Gochu Jang Baby Clams Over Rice. It's a very nice balance.This makes a fun dessert. The reserved syrup (if you wish) goes well over pancakes, too!

Ingredients
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
How To Make honeyed carrots

Step 1cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices

Step 2toss carrots into a pan with the water

Step 3add butter, honey, brown sugar.

Step 4Stir occasionally to fully mix flavors until carrots are tender.

Step 5I serve this in a bowl with the syrup, but you could save the calories by just serving the carrots.
