I servethis with my Gochu Jang Baby Clams Over Rice. It's a very nice balance.This makes a fun dessert. The reserved syrup (if you wish) goes well over pancakes, too!

How to Make Honeyed Carrots


  1. cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices
  2. toss carrots into a pan with the water
  3. add butter, honey, brown sugar.
  4. Stir occasionally to fully mix flavors until carrots are tender.
  5. I serve this in a bowl with the syrup, but you could save the calories by just serving the carrots.
