This is a nice alternative to a cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 10 - fresh or frozen brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons margerine, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • dash - onion powder
  • dash - dill, dried

How To Make honey mustard sprouts

  • Step 1
    Place sprouts in a steamer basket. Place steamer in saucepan over 1 inch of water. Bring water to a boil. Cover and cook for 8 to 12 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl combine the remainder of ingredients. Drizzle over the sprouts and toss to coat. Serve while hot.
