Ingredients For honey glazed carrots

  • 3-1/2 cups fresh baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • kosher salt and black pepper, add according to taste

How To Make honey glazed carrots

    Place carrots in a large saucepan and cover with water.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until carrots are tender.

    Drain, then add the butter, honey, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir to coat with honey and parsley flakes.
