1-1/2 lbbrussels sprouts
2 Tbspolive oil
3/4 tspkosher salt
1/2 tspground black pepper
COMBINE HONEY GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
How to Make Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Prepare brussels sprouts. Wash, trim off the outer leaves, cut off bottoms, slice in half lengthwise.
- In bowl, combine first three ingredients, add brussels sprouts, and toss until thoroughly coated.
- Remove from oven and place brussels sprouts back in original bowl. Add the honey glaze mixture and toss to coat. Taste and season with additional kosher salt if necessary. Serve.
