Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound brussels sprouts
- COMBINE:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- COMBINE HONEY GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2Prepare brussels sprouts. Wash, trim off the outer leaves, cut off bottoms, slice in half lengthwise.

Step 3In bowl, combine first three ingredients, add brussels sprouts, and toss until thoroughly coated.

Step 4Transfer the brussels sprouts to prepared baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

Step 5Remove from oven and place brussels sprouts back in original bowl. Add the honey glaze mixture and toss to coat. Taste and season with additional kosher salt if necessary. Serve.
