Ingredients
- 1 pound bag baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction glaze
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons toasted almond slices, for topping
- 3 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese, for topping
How To Make honey balsamic glazed carrots with goat cheese

Step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Combine carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread carrots evenly on parchment paper.

Step 3Drizzle balsamic reduction and honey over carrots and roast in a 400 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.

Step 4Remove and place carrots on a platter. Garnish with toasted almond slices and crumbled goat cheese.
