This is my version of a baked sweet potato made at a local restaurant. Not just for holidays, either.

Ingredients
- 4 - large sweet potatoes
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
How To Make holiday baked sweet potatoes

Step 1Wash and pierce sweet potatoes with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Time will vary according to size of potatoes. Check after 30 minutes by piercing with a fork. When potatoes are tender remove from oven.

Step 2Mix together remaining ingredients. Cut a slit down center of each potato. Fluff inside of potato a bit and them place 1/4 of cream cheese mixture inside potato. Serve immediately.
