Hill Country Squash Casserole
Ingredients

2 cgrated, raw summer squash

2 largeeggs, beaten

1 cmilk

1/4 conion, chopped

1/4 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 stickbutter, sliced into small pieces

1 ccheddar cheese, grated

2 critz cracker crumbs
How to Make Hill Country Squash Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients except cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix cheese and crumbs together and add about 1/2 to squash mixture. Use remainder to sprinkle on top.
Bake in greased casserole dish until mixture sets, about 45 minutes.
