hibachi style fried rice
I am always BEGGED by my boyfriend to make this. He LOVES going out to the Hibachi grill, but hates the effect it seems to have on his wallet. ;)

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice, cooled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen veggies
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make hibachi style fried rice

Step 1In a very large skillet, saute veggies and onion in olive oil.

Step 2Move veggies to side of skillet and lightly scramble the egg.

Step 3Add rice and margarine and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 4Add soy sauce and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
