How to Make Herbed Red Potatoes


  1. Wash and dry potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add oil and seasonings to a skillet.
  4. Heat over medium , stirring occasionally.
  5. When oil is hot, add the potatoes.
  6. Cook, stirring often until potatoes are tender. For 1 in. pieces, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
