Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds cauliflower
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 teaspoons broth mix, chicken flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon sage, ground
- 4 ounces mushrooms, canned
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
How To Make herbed cauliflower

Step 1Cook cauliflower; drain.

Step 2Melt butter in a skillet; add onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350.

Step 5Dice cauliflower; add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 6Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray.

Step 7Bake 20 minutes.
