Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons broth mix, chicken flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage, ground
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, canned
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper

How To Make herbed cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Cook cauliflower; drain.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in a skillet; add onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 5
    Dice cauliflower; add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Step 6
    Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray.
  • Step 7
    Bake 20 minutes.
