I have to brag a little about this recipe. Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Paula Deen teamed up for an online contest, each week has a different category, The first week was, Side Dish,Time Crunch, had to have 5 ingredients or less and prepared and cooked in 30 min or less. Well this was a winning recipe..Landed me 500.00 and a spot in the Kraft cookbook

Ingredients
- 6 large heirloom tomatoes
- 8 ounces philly cream cheese
- 2 cups montery jack cheese, shredded
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
How To Make heirloom goodies

Step 1In food processor, cream philly cream cheese, then add spinach, pulse until combined, add 1 1/2 cups of Montery jack cheese, and mix, Slice tomatoes approx 1 in thick, On top of each tomato slice dollop 1 tbsp of cheese mixture , drizzle each one with Oil, then sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake at 350 for 10 min, then move to broiler for 1 min
