Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make heavenly mushrooms

Step 1Saute mushrooms in melted butter for two to three minutes. Mix in separate bowl the sour cream, flour and pepper until there are no lumps.Place mixture in pan with mushrooms. Coat thoroughly. Do not boil. Place in a buttered casserole. Place cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown on top.
