Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole hweat rotini pasta
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup light plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepperr
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup scallions chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh bassil

How To Make healthy garden salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as directed, cool. In bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Add pasta, toss gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
