healthy fresh cabbage stir fry

A few year ago I put this together myself. I have continued to cook it since. I like the crunch in it. Right now I have several winter Cabbage growing in my garden. I don't tire of this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - cabbage head, chopped roughly
- 2 large onion, cut in slices and separated
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil, light
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 - celery stalks, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (optional)
How To Make healthy fresh cabbage stir fry

Step 1Pour scant 1/2 cup of Olive Oil into large stick free frying pan on med / med -high stove top burner. Make sure oil is real warm.

Step 2Pile cut vegetables into pan and stir to coat with warm oil.

Step 3Sprinkle vegetables with pepper flakes, salt and pepper (to taste). Flip occasionally to retain crispness. When desired tenderness is reached, remove from pan. When the cabbage mixture does a good wilt down, I remove from pan.
