1Pour scant 1/2 cup of Olive Oil into large stick free frying pan on med / med -high stove top burner. Make sure oil is real warm.
2Pile cut vegetables into pan and stir to coat with warm oil.
3Sprinkle vegetables with pepper flakes, salt and pepper (to taste). Flip occasionally to retain crispness. When desired tenderness is reached, remove from pan. When the cabbage mixture does a good wilt down, I remove from pan.
