salt

  • 1MIX ZUCCHINI WITH SALT AND LET STAND 15 MIN. SQUEEZE MOISTURE OUT WITH YOUR HANDS.
  • 2LIGHTLY BEAT THE EGGS. STIR EGGS, CHEESE, GARLIC AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
  • 3MELT BUTTER IN LARGE FRYING PAN, SPOON MIXTURE INTO PAN IN MOUNDS OF 2 TBLS. EACH; FLATTEN SLIGHTLY. (PATTIES SHOULD NOT TOUCH) COOK UNCOVERED, TURNING ONCE, TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
