  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 6 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1
    garlic clove minced
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 4-5 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make HASHED BROWN ZUCCHINI

Step-by-Step

  1. MIX ZUCCHINI WITH SALT AND LET STAND 15 MIN. SQUEEZE MOISTURE OUT WITH YOUR HANDS.
  2. LIGHTLY BEAT THE EGGS. STIR EGGS, CHEESE, GARLIC AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
  3. MELT BUTTER IN LARGE FRYING PAN, SPOON MIXTURE INTO PAN IN MOUNDS OF 2 TBLS. EACH; FLATTEN SLIGHTLY. (PATTIES SHOULD NOT TOUCH) COOK UNCOVERED, TURNING ONCE, TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
