Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon margarine
  • 2 cups beets-cooked and diced

How To Make harvard beets

  • Step 1
    Mix flour and sugar together in saucepan. Add water and vinegar and stir. Cook on medium heat until thick,stirring constantly. Add salt,margarine,and diced beets. Cook until beets are heated through.
