1/2 csugar
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cbeet juice from can
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
How to Make Harvard Beets
- Mix sugar and cornstarch; add butter, vinegar and beet juice, boil 5 minutes in a saucepan.
- Add drained beets, remove from heat; cover and let set for 30 minutes or longer.
- Reheat and serve.
