1/2 c
1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
1/4 c
beet juice from can
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar

How to Make Harvard Beets


  • 1Mix sugar and cornstarch; add butter, vinegar and beet juice, boil 5 minutes in a saucepan.
  • 2Add drained beets, remove from heat; cover and let set for 30 minutes or longer.
  • 3Reheat and serve.
