Ingredients
- 1 can 15 ounce diced beets
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup beet juice from can
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
How To Make harvard beets

Step 1Mix sugar and cornstarch; add butter, vinegar and beet juice, boil 5 minutes in a saucepan.

Step 2Add drained beets, remove from heat; cover and let set for 30 minutes or longer.

Step 3Reheat and serve.
