Since I never liked asparagus, I never tried this recipe. However, knowing Dad likes it, I'm sure Mom created it for him!

- 16 slices imported boiled ham
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 48 asparagus spears, cooked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- Accent
- cooking sherry
- sliced almonds, toasted
How To Make ham and asparagus rolls, mom

Step 1Roll ham, cheese and asparagus spears and line in a shallow pan. Make sauce out of remaining ingredients but almonds, and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 min, top with almonds.
