Always make this for family pot lucks because everyone loves it and requests it. Got the recipe years ago from Gulliver's Restaurant in Irvine CA.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen corn (or 20 oz bag)
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 8 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 4 tablespoons flour
How To Make gulliver's corn

Step 1Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

Step 2Simmer for 5 minutes or until corn tender (no lid).

Step 3Melt butter or margarine in sauce pan and add flour. Blend until smooth and add to corn mixture to thicken.

Step 4Place in serving dish. If desired, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to lightly brown the top.

Step 5This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
