Always make this for family pot lucks because everyone loves it and requests it. Got the recipe years ago from Gulliver's Restaurant in Irvine CA.

2 box
frozen corn (or 20 oz bag)
8 oz
whipping cream
8 oz
1 tsp
6 tsp
1 pinch
4 Tbsp
melted butter or margarine
4 Tbsp

How to Make Gulliver's Corn


  • 1Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • 2Simmer for 5 minutes or until corn tender (no lid).
  • 3Melt butter or margarine in sauce pan and add flour. Blend until smooth and add to corn mixture to thicken.
  • 4Place in serving dish. If desired, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to lightly brown the top.
  • 5This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
