Ingredients

  • 1 pound summer squash, zucchini or yellow or pattypan
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

How To Make grilled summer squash

  • Step 1
    Cut 4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or pattypan squash, about 1 pound total, in half lengthwise.
  • Step 2
    Brush with a mixture of butter, fresh lemon juice and rosemary.
  • Step 3
    Grill over medium-hot coals, 4 to 6 inches source of heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender when pierced.
