Wonderful easy side to a grilled steak! Tastes like french onion soup. I've not tried it in the oven, but I'm sure that would work as well.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (preferably vidalia)
- 2 small bouillion cubes
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make grilled onion

Step 1Peel onion and slice off the bottom so it will sit flat. Cut a well in the top of the onion in the shape of a "V". Place the butter and bouillion cubes in the well.

Step 2Wrap onion tightly in a double layer of aluminum foil and set upright on the grill for approximately 45 minutes, depending on how large your onion is.
