Ingredients

  • 1 pound thick or extra thick cut bacon
  • 2-4 - fresh avacados
  • 1 - fresh lime
  • - bottle sriracha chili sauce
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make grilled guacamole? with bacon scoops!

  • Step 1
    Open bacon package and cut in thirds lengthways. Cover rimmed baking sheet with tin foil and spread out bacon in single layer. Bake @ 375 for about 15 min's.
  • Step 2
    Prepare grill for med, direct heat cooking. Cut avocados in half lengthways and remove pit. Brush with sriracha.
  • Step 3
    Clean and oil cooking grate. Place avocado flesh side down over coals at lowest setting for 5 mins.
  • Step 4
    Turn and finish grilling till flesh is soft, it will separate from the outer skin
  • Step 5
    Remove from grill, stab with bacon and squeeze fresh lime over tops. Serve hot, with chips
