Ingredients
- 1 pound thick or extra thick cut bacon
- 2-4 - fresh avacados
- 1 - fresh lime
- - bottle sriracha chili sauce
- - tortilla chips
How To Make grilled guacamole? with bacon scoops!

Step 1Open bacon package and cut in thirds lengthways. Cover rimmed baking sheet with tin foil and spread out bacon in single layer. Bake @ 375 for about 15 min's.

Step 2Prepare grill for med, direct heat cooking. Cut avocados in half lengthways and remove pit. Brush with sriracha.

Step 3Clean and oil cooking grate. Place avocado flesh side down over coals at lowest setting for 5 mins.

Step 4Turn and finish grilling till flesh is soft, it will separate from the outer skin

Step 5Remove from grill, stab with bacon and squeeze fresh lime over tops. Serve hot, with chips
