- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 4-6 slices thick bacon
- 4-6 slices portabello, sliced, opt
- 4-6 slices onion slices, opt
- 4-6 slices red bell slices, opt
How To Make grilled green bean & veggie bundles

Step 1Blanche green beans for about 5 minutes, then place in ice water to stop the cooking process.

Step 2Lay a pcs. of bacon flat, in the middle place 6ish green beans, a slice of mushroom, red bell & onion. Wrap bacon around securing with toothpicks.

Step 3Cook on grill on upper rack over low heat for approx. 15 mins. with lid closed.
