thick bacon
4-6 slice
portabello, sliced, opt
4-6 slice
onion slices, opt
4-6 slice
red bell slices, opt

How to Make Grilled Green Bean & Veggie Bundles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Blanche green beans for about 5 minutes, then place in ice water to stop the cooking process.
  • 2Lay a pcs. of bacon flat, in the middle place 6ish green beans, a slice of mushroom, red bell & onion. Wrap bacon around securing with toothpicks.
  • 3Cook on grill on upper rack over low heat for approx. 15 mins. with lid closed.
