Using lower sodium bacon will reduce the sodium, or turkey bacon will reduce the fat.
How to Make Grilled Green Bean & Veggie Bundles
- 1Blanche green beans for about 5 minutes, then place in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- 2Lay a pcs. of bacon flat, in the middle place 6ish green beans, a slice of mushroom, red bell & onion. Wrap bacon around securing with toothpicks.
- 3Cook on grill on upper rack over low heat for approx. 15 mins. with lid closed.
