These are little different because they have mushrooms, onions, & red bell inside. Using lower sodium bacon will reduce the sodium, or turkey bacon will reduce the fat.

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 4-6 slices thick bacon
  • 4-6 slices portabello, sliced, opt
  • 4-6 slices onion slices, opt
  • 4-6 slices red bell slices, opt

How To Make grilled green bean & veggie bundles

  • Step 1
    Blanche green beans for about 5 minutes, then place in ice water to stop the cooking process.
  • Step 2
    Lay a pcs. of bacon flat, in the middle place 6ish green beans, a slice of mushroom, red bell & onion. Wrap bacon around securing with toothpicks.
  • Step 3
    Cook on grill on upper rack over low heat for approx. 15 mins. with lid closed.
