Ingredients
- 4 to 5 medium ears of corn
- 4 to 5 tablespoons butter
- to taste - kosher salt
- to taste - fresh ground black pepper
How To Make grilled corn

Step 1Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.

Step 2Remove from pot and let cool before handling.

Step 3When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.

Step 4You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.

Step 5Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
