Can't beat that grilled corn with some bbq ribs.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 medium ears of corn
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons butter
  • to taste - kosher salt
  • to taste - fresh ground black pepper

How To Make grilled corn

  • Step 1
    Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.
  • Step 2
    Remove from pot and let cool before handling.
  • Step 3
    When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.
  • Step 4
    You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
  • Step 5
    Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
