How to Make Grilled Corn
- Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.
- Remove from pot and let cool before handling.
- When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.
- You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
- Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
