Grilled Corn

Can't beat that grilled corn with some bbq ribs.

4 to 5 medium
ears of corn
4 to 5 Tbsp
to taste
kosher salt
to taste
fresh ground black pepper


1Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.
2Remove from pot and let cool before handling.
3When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.
4You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
5Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
