How to Make Grilled Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.
  2. Remove from pot and let cool before handling.
  3. When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.
  4. You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
  5. Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
