Can't beat that grilled corn with some bbq ribs.

4 to 5 medium
ears of corn
4 to 5 Tbsp
to taste
kosher salt
to taste
fresh ground black pepper

How to Make Grilled Corn


  • 1Boil your corn on stove until somewhat tender.
  • 2Remove from pot and let cool before handling.
  • 3When it is cooled; lay each ear on it's own sheet of aluminum foil.
  • 4You can then brush each ear with 1 tbsp of butter and evenly sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
  • 5Wrap each ear up tightly in foil. Punch a few small holes in foil so smoke can get in.
