grilled corn with snail butter

Now don't panic at the snail butter. No snails are in it. It's just a nicely flavored butter that really compliments the grilled corn. I made this for our July 4th barbecue. It was scrumptshus!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic, finenly minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresnly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 large cobs of corn, shuckec

How To Make grilled corn with snail butter

  • Step 1
    Cream butter until nice and fluffy, then cream in the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • Step 2
    Prepare a medium hot grill. Place the corn on the cob around the fire, not directly over it. Grill, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes. Don't let the corn burn.
  • Step 3
    Serve hot with the snail butter.
