grilled corn with snail butter
Now don't panic at the snail butter. No snails are in it. It's just a nicely flavored butter that really compliments the grilled corn. I made this for our July 4th barbecue. It was scrumptshus!!!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsalted butter at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons finely minced shallots
- 2 cloves garlic, finenly minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresnly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 large cobs of corn, shuckec
How To Make grilled corn with snail butter

Step 1Cream butter until nice and fluffy, then cream in the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Step 2Prepare a medium hot grill. Place the corn on the cob around the fire, not directly over it. Grill, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes. Don't let the corn burn.

Step 3Serve hot with the snail butter.
