Ingredients

  • 3
    bell peppers of your choice, i use red, yellow and orange
  • 1 pkg
    goat cheese crumbles, or you can use feta or gorgonzola (i have used each one of them before and they are all delicious!)
  • ·
    balsalmic vinaigrette dressing
  • ·
    italian seasoning blend

How to Make Grilled Balsalmic Goat Cheese Bell Peppers

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the peppers into quarters, deseed them and place on aluminum foil
  2. drizzle with balsalmic vinaigrette
  3. top with cheese goat cheese crumbles
  4. sprinkle italian seasoning blend over cheese
  5. drizzle a little more balsalmic vinaigrette then place the foil with the peppers on a heated grill
  6. grill until the peppers are soft over low to medium heat being careful not to burn the skins
