Ingredients
- 4 hass avocado's cut in half seeds removed
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- BASIL OIL
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup olive oil
How To Make grilled avocado with balsamic glaze & basil oil

Step 1To make the Basil oil. Place the basil leaves in a bowl. Pour boiling water over top. Drain and squeeze dry. Place in a food processor with the oil and process. Place in a bowl cover and let sit overnight. Strain the oil through a fine mesh strainer and discard the leaves. Place the oil in a jar set aside.

Step 2Get a grill hot. Mix the balsamic vinegar and sugar together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil anld reduce to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes until reduced and glossy. Set aside.

Step 3Get a grill hot. Brush the cut sides of the Avocados with olive oil and place cut side down on a grille. Get good grill marks then serve drizzled with basil oil and balsamic glaze
