- 1Season tomatoes slices with salt and pepper to taste.Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet ,saute tomatoes until slightly soft.
In a oven proof dish,layer tomatoes,spread with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.Make as many layers as you need.Bake 350 degrees until tomatoes are tender ad dish is bubbly.
