I was at mt best friend's house for dinner and she served this dish. And I have been bringing to to parties ever since. This recipe is so easy to double. And I personally use fresh broccoli. Personally I use fresh broccoli and it tastes so fresh.

Ingredients
- 1/13 cup uncooked rice
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli or fresh
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup margarine or butter melted
- 1 small jar of cheese whiz
- 1 can cream of celery soup
How To Make green rice

Step 1Put the first 4 ingredients in a 2quart casserole dish.

Step 2Melt the cheese whiz and margarine or butter together.

Step 3When melted pour over ingredients in casserole and put in the can of cream of celery soup and mix thoroughly.And Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.Stir 2 or 3 times while baking
