I was at mt best friend's house for dinner and she served this dish. And I have been bringing to to parties ever since. This recipe is so easy to double. And I personally use fresh broccoli. Personally I use fresh broccoli and it tastes so fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1/13 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli or fresh
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 3/4 c
    margarine or butter melted
  • 1 small
    jar of cheese whiz
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup

How to Make GREEN RICE

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the first 4 ingredients in a 2quart casserole dish.
  2. Melt the cheese whiz and margarine or butter together.
  3. When melted pour over ingredients in casserole and put in the can of cream of celery soup and mix thoroughly.And Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.Stir 2 or 3 times while baking
