I first tasted this delicious pea recipe at my cousins home in Canada,a couple years ago.
She wrote out the recipe from her Canadian Cookbook. I happily tweaked it so I could cook them quicker in the micro-wave,instead of the hot oven. This is not your usual recipe for peas. I am sure your family and guests will compliment you! This recipe is so good, you might want to double the recipe.
Being a French a recipe. Can't you just imagine Julia Child saying....
"BON APETITE"
