How To Make green beans with almonds

1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

2Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds; cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Add the nutmeg.

3Meanwhile, stir the green beans and 2 tablespoons water into the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until warmed through, 2 minutes.
