This is one of my grandma's recipes. I served it with grilled chicken the other day and it was a big hit at our house! Hope you enjoy, compliments of Granny!

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
- 6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
How To Make green beans & rice

Step 1Steam or boil green beans until crisp tender.

Step 2Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and sauté until onion is wilted. Drain and combine with hot cooked rice.

Step 3Add cooked beans, salt and pepper to rice mixture. Keep warm.

Step 4In a small bowl blend sour cream, dill, salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over beans and rice, sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
