Green Beans & Rice

Ingredients

1 lbfresh or frozen green beans

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 cfinely chopped onion

2 chot cooked rice
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tspdill weed
-
1 dash(es)salt
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbsplemon juice concentrate
-
6 slicecrisp cooked bacon, crumbled
How to Make Green Beans & Rice
- Steam or boil green beans until crisp tender.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and sauté until onion is wilted. Drain and combine with hot cooked rice.
- Add cooked beans, salt and pepper to rice mixture. Keep warm.
- In a small bowl blend sour cream, dill, salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over beans and rice, sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
