green beans arrabiata (angry green beans)

- fresh green beans
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make green beans arrabiata (angry green beans)
- 1in a 2 quart sauce pan bring water and salt to a boil. add green beans and cook for approximately 10 minutes. the green beans should be firm to the touch still.
- 2in a large pan over medium heat add olive oil. add garlic and chili flakes until fragrant, approximately one minute.
- 3add tomatoes and cook until soft, 7 - 10 minutes. add green beans and season with salt and pepper. cover and cook on low heat for another 5 - 10 minutes. adjust seasonings to taste and serve.
