Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1-2 dash soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

How To Make green beans and almonds

  • Step 1
    Trim ends from the green beans. Rinse and then dry them off.
  • Step 2
    Preheat wok to medium high heat and add canola oil. Swirl oil around pan, carefully add green beans. Stir fry beans until crisp and bright green.
  • Step 3
    Add garlic and onions, stir fry 30 seconds - 1 minute. Splash in the soy sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
