1Trim ends from the green beans. Rinse and then dry them off.
2Preheat wok to medium high heat and add canola oil. Swirl oil around pan, carefully add green beans.
Stir fry beans until crisp and bright green.
3Add garlic and onions, stir fry 30 seconds - 1 minute. Splash in the soy sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
