1 lbfresh green beans
1 Tbspcanola oil
1-2 dash(es)soy sauce
2 cloveminced garlic
1/4 csliced almonds
How to Make Green Beans and Almonds
- Trim ends from the green beans. Rinse and then dry them off.
- Preheat wok to medium high heat and add canola oil. Swirl oil around pan, carefully add green beans.
Stir fry beans until crisp and bright green.
- Add garlic and onions, stir fry 30 seconds - 1 minute. Splash in the soy sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
