Ingredients
- 14 1/2 ounces can of green beans
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 6 ounces bacon
- 3 - eggs, hard boiled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (i prefer helman's)
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How To Make green bean & egg salad

Step 1Place beans in bowl. Add the onion and vinegar. Stir occasionally.

Step 2Meanwhile, boil the eggs and chop. Set aside.

Step 3Fry the bacon and crumble. Drain the vinegar from the beans. Add crumbled bacon.

Step 4In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to bean mixture and toss to coat.

Step 5Fold in the boiled, chopped eggs.

Step 6Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
