1 csour cream
4 cfrench style green beans
2 cswiss cheese shredded
How to Make Green Bean Casserole
- Melt 2 teaspoons butter and add cornflakes, set aside.
Melt remainder butter and add flour, sugar, salt, onion and pepper. Heat on low till smooth, add sour cream,then fold in green beans. Put into 9x13 baking dish, spread with cheese and top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
- This can be made the night before, put in refrigerator and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
