This recipe was made by my sister-in-law for the Holidays several years ago. It is so yummy someone in the family always brings it to the table for family gatherings. I think the more cheese the better! Hope you and yours enjoy this as much as we do!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cornflakes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon onion-i use more
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups french style green beans
- 2 cups swiss cheese shredded
How To Make green bean casserole

Step 1Melt 2 teaspoons butter and add cornflakes, set aside. Melt remainder butter and add flour, sugar, salt, onion and pepper. Heat on low till smooth, add sour cream,then fold in green beans. Put into 9x13 baking dish, spread with cheese and top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.

Step 2This can be made the night before, put in refrigerator and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
