Green bean alfredo casserole

1 Tbspbutter

1 pkgalfredo sauce mix

1 1/2 cwhole milk

1 1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

4 ozpenchetta diced

2 clovegarlic minced
-
2 cfresh mushrooms sliced

1 lbfrozen cut green beans
-
1 Tbsppepper
-
2 1/2 ccanned crispy onions
How to Make Green bean alfredo casserole
- Heat saucepan to medium add butter, alfredo sauce, milk, and parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and keep stirring until thickened, then set aside.
- Fry italian bacon (panchetta) until light brown, then add garlic, and mushrooms while continuing to fry it. About 3-4 minutes longer until tender. Set aside.
- In 8x8 casserole dish place thawed green beans, add your alfredo mixture, add your fried mixture, ground pepper, and 1/2 cup of crispy onions. Stir all together. Bake for 20 minutes on 350.
- Take out of oven, top with remaining crispy onion and rest of parmesan cheese, bake another 10 minutes.
