greek style spinach
last night, I decided to experiment with some fresh spinach. This dish was a hit and easy to make. The flavors came together and made this so flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1 - fresh lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. (more or less to your taste)
- 2 - small campari tomatoes sliced
- 1 teaspoon good quality olive oil
- 1 - garlic clove minced
- 1 - bag of pre-washed fresh spinach
How To Make greek style spinach

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet, add garlic and saute until tender.

Step 2Place the spinach in a small prepared baking dish. Squeeze 1/4 of the lemon over the spinach.

Step 3Place sliced tomatoes over the spinach and next sprinkle the feta over the tomatoes.

Step 4Bake in a 350 degree oven until the feta is melted for 10 to 15 minutes.
