Easy and your whole family will LOVE this,it is not diet but so good for SPECIAL occassions.Making it right now for my family Easter dinner.YUM!

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces frozen corn,we prefer the white
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter,in pieces
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1-3 teaspoon water/optional if needed if too thick when done

How To Make grandmom's crockpot corn

  • Step 1
    Let cream cheese and butter, ,cut into chunks melt a bit in crockpot on low about 15 minutes
  • Step 2
    add corn and sugar
  • Step 3
    stir well,until corn is coated with the cream cheese mixture
  • Step 4
    cover and cook on LOW about 3-4 hours,stirring occasionally
  • Step 5
    if it seems to thick,add water as needed right before serving.SO GOOD!
