Ingredients

  • 32 oz
    frozen corn,we prefer the white
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    unsalted butter,in pieces
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1-3 tsp
    water/optional if needed if too thick when done

How to Make Grandmom's Crockpot Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Let cream cheese and butter, ,cut into chunks melt a bit in crockpot on low about 15 minutes
  2. add corn and sugar
  3. stir well,until corn is coated with the cream cheese mixture
  4. cover and cook on LOW about 3-4 hours,stirring occasionally
  5. if it seems to thick,add water as needed right before serving.SO GOOD!
