Step 1Thin slice cucumbers crossways, In a serviing bowl, layer sliced cucumbers,a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a dalup of sour cream. Continue to layer using all cucumbers

Step 2Allow to set for 20 to 30 mins before mixing, refridgerate and allow to set another 30 to 60 mins before serving. Mix and served chilled
