Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup or more of flour
How To Make grandma june's corn fritters

Step 1Pre-heat oil in frying pan, enough to have 1 inch of oil for frying.

Step 2Drop dough by tablespoons into hot oil, fry until brown, turn and fry on the other side.

Step 3Serve with maple syrup or honey.
