Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 packages brussels sprouts, trinmmed halved lengthwise
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, chopped

How To Make glazed roasted brussels sprouts with bacon

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425*. In large bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, onion & bacon; toss until evenly coated.
  • Step 2
    Spread vegetable mixture on ungreased baking sheet. Roast until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
