How to Make Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
- 1Preheat oven to 425*. In large bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, onion & bacon; toss until evenly coated.
