  • 1/2 c
    apricot preserves
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 pkg
    brussels sprouts, trinmmed halved lengthwise
  • 1 medium
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 slice
    bacon, chopped

How to Make Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425*. In large bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, onion & bacon; toss until evenly coated.
  2. Spread vegetable mixture on ungreased baking sheet. Roast until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
