Have not made myself. It would be great for large family reunion, for large family gathering, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, or for Church gathering or dinner. Recipe may be doubled.

  • 3 cups
  • 1 cup
    light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup
    orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 cans
    (#10 size ) baby carrots, drained, or 12 lbs. medium carrots, slice and cooked.

How to Make Glazed Carrots for A Crowd


  1. In large saucepan, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Place carrots in two 13x9x2 in baking pans, pour sugar mixture over carrots.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-40 minutes or till heated through.
