- 2 lbs. fresh baby carrots
- 1 stick butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
How to Make Glazed Carrots
- 1Place carrots in a saucepan; add I inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
- 2In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and dressing mix until blended. Add carrots. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.
