kat's glazed carrots
Love me some carrots, and these are so good, a little sweet, they go great with Aurora's Dijon Bacon Wrapped Chicken( that's what's in the photo)

- 1 package carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate or fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
How To Make kat's glazed carrots

Step 1Place everything into a pan, cover about 2 inches over carrots with water, over low to medium heat cook until carrots are almost tender, turn heat up and cook until almost all liquid is gone and carrots are tender
